How accurate are the colors of the hats in the pictures?
We strive to showcase the true colors of our products. However, please note that the actual color you see can depend on your monitor’s display settings, so we cannot ensure complete accuracy.
How can I find out what materials the hats are made from?
Unless specified otherwise, most of our hats are crafted from a polyester blend.
What is the best way to clean my hat?
Given the diverse range of fabrics used in our hats, there isn’t a universal cleaning method. However, here are some recommended steps:
- For hats made from cotton, polyester, or wool fabrics/blends, spot clean with a damp cloth and a mild, non-bleach detergent (like Woolite®). Fold the sweatband forward and gently clean it with mild detergent and cold water. Use compressed air or a vacuum with a soft brush attachment to remove dust. Let the hat air dry naturally to maintain its shape.
- When cleaning your hat, avoid the following:
- Machine washing or fully submerging the hat, as this can damage the fabric.
- Applying high heat, such as ironing or using a steamer, especially on patches or embroidery.
- Machine drying. Air dry the hat to preserve its size and shape.
- Spot cleaning multiple colors at once. Clean one color at a time to prevent fading.
- Using harsh chemicals or dry cleaning solvents.
Hats made with leather, suede, silk, or other delicate fabrics require special care and should not be exposed to water.
